Member Terms of Service

1. Service Nature

Vesperine Singapore is operated by NOMAD SUSTAINTECH LIMITED. The service provides BaZi charts, AI-assisted readings, follow-up context, saved history, and related digital services for Singapore buyers.

Readings are for self-reflection and entertainment. They do not replace medical, legal, tax, investment, immigration, mental-health, or other professional advice.

We do not promise a life outcome, business outcome, relationship outcome, health outcome, financial result, or universal accuracy.

2. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use paid services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate checkout, contact, and reading information. If birth data or question details are incomplete, the reading may be less specific.

3. Payments, Credits and SGD Checkout

Singapore checkout is priced in SGD and processed through Stripe using our New Zealand Stripe processor. Your bank may still apply its own card or international processing fees.

Credits and subscriptions can be used only inside Vesperine for eligible digital readings and related features. They are not cash, bank deposits, stored value facilities, securities, gift certificates, or transferable assets.

Payment confirmation, fraud checks, refunds, and dispute handling are processed through Stripe and our internal transaction records.

4. Refunds and Digital Delivery

Our refund rules for Singapore buyers are set out in the Refund Policy. In short: digital readings, credits, and subscription benefits are normally delivered immediately after payment and are not refunded once generated, delivered, used, or consumed, except where required by law or where our platform cannot deliver the paid service.

If an AI reading fails because of our platform, model, or technical issue, we may restore credits, redeliver the reading, or issue a Stripe refund where appropriate. Stripe webhook refund handling reverses the related granted credits when a cash refund is processed.

Chargebacks, duplicate payments, incorrect payment records, and service-delivery failures should be raised with [email protected] so we can review the Stripe record and reading-delivery record.

5. Singapore Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot be excluded under Singapore law, including applicable consumer rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 (CPFTA).

We aim to describe prices, digital deliverables, limits, and refund boundaries clearly before checkout. If a paid service is not supplied as described, we will review the order and provide a fair remedy required by law or appropriate to the issue.

The service remains a reflective digital-content product, not a regulated professional advisory service.

6. AI, Data and Privacy

You agree that Vesperine may use automated chart calculation and AI-assisted interpretation to generate readings from the birth data, question, and saved context you provide.

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing & AI Data Handling Statement. We do not sell your personal data or share private reading inputs beyond processors needed to run the service.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not abuse promotions, reverse engineer the service, disrupt availability, scrape at scale, access another user's account, submit unlawful or infringing content, or use Vesperine for harassment, fraud, or illegal activity.

If we reasonably identify abuse, fraud, chargeback risk, or breach of these Terms, we may limit features, suspend the account, preserve evidence, and take lawful steps.

8. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law, except where mandatory Singapore consumer law gives you non-excludable rights.
