Account and sign-in: email, password hash, Apple sign-in identity, locale, timezone and login-security records. An Apple private-relay address is treated as your account email.

Questions and birth details: your question and follow-ups; name or label; birth date, time and place; gender and calendar. If you add another person's details, we process those details too. Only provide information you are entitled to provide.

Reports and settings: free answers, purchased reports, reading state, birth profiles, memories and notification preferences you choose to save.

App Store purchase history: product, transaction and original-transaction identifiers; purchase time; storefront; verification, refund or revocation state; and the report-delivery link. We do not receive your full card number, expiry date or security code.

Device and technical data: app installation identifier, push token, app version, one-way IP hash, error, security and service-use records. The app does not request precise or coarse location, contacts, photos, microphone or health-data access.

To create and protect accounts; retain a guest question; calculate charts; deliver free answers and purchased digital reports; and restore available content across devices.

To verify App Store transactions, complete delivery, restore purchases, process refunds or revocations, provide support and prevent abuse.

To send account, delivery and security notices you request. Push notifications are optional and can be turned off in the app or device settings.

To improve reliability and content quality using de-identified or aggregated analysis. Questions, birth details and reports are not supplied to external services for general model training.

The minimum necessary data may be processed by the App Store and by cloud, transaction-verification, transactional-email and external AI-compute services to provide the feature you requested, maintain security and meet legal obligations.

Data may be processed in New Zealand, Taiwan, the United States or a service processor's location. Processors are contractually limited to the relevant service purpose and appropriate safeguards.

The native v1 app has no third-party advertising SDK, does not request tracking permission and does not use questions, birth details or reports for cross-company advertising tracking.

Guest sessions: an unpaid, unclaimed guest question is retained for no more than 30 days. You can also delete it immediately when starting a new question in the app.

Account content: birth profiles, memories, questions and readable reports remain until you delete an item or delete the account.

Transaction ledger: the minimum product, transaction, refund and revocation record is kept for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and dispute obligations. After account deletion, readable content and direct account identifiers are removed or disconnected from this legally retained ledger.

Security logs: ordinary server and security logs are generally retained for 90 days, unless an incident, dispute or legal requirement needs a longer, limited retention period.

You can delete birth profiles, memories and individual reports in the app, or request full account deletion from Account. Account deletion requires re-authentication and revokes Apple sign-in access or queues a secure retry.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or information about identifiable data by emailing [email protected] from your account address. We may first need to verify your identity.

Any non-excludable privacy and complaint rights under the law where you live continue to apply.

Vesperine is for people aged 18 or older. If we identify an underage account, we delete data that we are not legally required to retain.

Before adding a partner, family member or other person, make sure you are entitled to provide their birth details. Do not add unnecessary health, sexual or other highly private information in free text.

We use encryption in transit, password hashing, access controls, encrypted or hashed tokens, signed-transaction verification and least-privilege access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
