Member Terms of Service

Version: 2026-04-22; last updated: April 22, 2026.

Please read carefully before registering, topping up, subscribing, or using paid services. These Terms form a contract between you and NOMAD SUSTAINTECH LIMITED.

1. Service Nature

Oracle is operated for English-language customers by **NOMAD SUSTAINTECH LIMITED** ("we" or "the Platform"). Registered address: Auckland, New Zealand.

Services include AI readings, Tarot, Egyptian Oracle, reading credits, private archive, subscriptions, and human reader marketplace.

Outputs are for personal reflection, entertainment, and self-exploration only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice.

2. Account Eligibility

You must provide an accurate email and keep your password secure. Activity under your account is treated as activity by you or someone authorized by you.

Oracle is for users 18 years or older only. If you are under 18, do not register or use the service.

3. Credits and Private Archive

Credits may only be used inside Oracle for eligible services. They are not a bank deposit, payment account, security, gift certificate, or cash-equivalent instrument; they do not earn interest and cannot be transferred, sold, pledged, or redeemed for cash except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Welcome credits, campaign rewards, report rewards, and other promotional credits may be limited, withdrawn, or voided under the applicable campaign rules. Abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or violations may lead to account restrictions and credit freezing.

Gift credits are promotional credits, not cash, gift certificates, or prepaid goods. Gift credits from eligible purchases start as pending and become redeemable only after the related reading is delivered and the payment confirmation period has passed. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, abuse, or violations may revoke pending or granted gift credits and cancel unshipped redemptions.

Gift stock is limited and may change. Each gift page will state stock, shipping countries, estimated dispatch timing, warranty or support provider, and refund rules. Physical gifts may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Gift credits are fixed-threshold redemption credits, not random prize entries and not a lottery. If a payment is refunded or charged back after a gift has shipped, Oracle may require return of the unused gift or deduct its stated value from the refund where legally permitted.

4. Payments and Processors

Payments are handled by Stripe (Stripe Payments New Zealand Limited) for AU/NZ/USD checkouts. You agree to the amount, currency, conditions, and authentication flow shown at checkout, and you agree that Oracle and Stripe may process necessary data for payment, fraud prevention, reconciliation, and legal compliance.

First-signal pool support is processed as a normal reading-credit purchase and platform service revenue, not a charitable donation, and no donation receipt is issued. If you choose named display on the wall, you agree that Oracle may publish the display name, short message, and support amount you entered; you may contact support to request removal from public display.

Unless caused by Oracle, Oracle is not responsible for issuer declines, processor delays, bank verification, exchange rates, cross-border fees, or incorrect information entered by you.

5. Refunds and Digital Service Exceptions

Many services are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium or online services fully performed once begun. To the extent allowed by law, if you expressly agree to immediate service delivery, services already generated, delivered, consumed, or completed are not subject to a cooling-off cancellation right, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

If an AI generation fails because of a platform, model, or technical error, Oracle will automatically restore the reading credits consumed for that attempt. If you believe a payment or credit record is wrong, contact us promptly and we will review payment records, credit records, and legal requirements.

Refunds, credits, reversals, or adjustments for unused reading credits, subscriptions, promotions, or bonus credits are handled under the checkout page, campaign rules, these Terms, and mandatory law. A refund does not admit breach or liability.

6. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

If you start a monthly subscription, you authorize Oracle or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing cycle and deliver the plan credits or benefits.

You may cancel using the platform flow. After cancellation, you can usually use the paid current period until it ends; unless required by law or stated otherwise, current-period fees are not prorated.

If payment fails, the payment method expires, risk controls reject a charge, or you initiate a chargeback, Oracle may suspend benefits, stop credit delivery, request updated payment details, or end the subscription.

7. Human Readers and Third Parties

Human reader services reflect each practitioner's experience and personal view. Oracle may review onboarding materials, but does not guarantee reading results, life outcomes, or business outcomes.

Practitioners may not provide regulated medical, legal, or investment advice through Oracle. Please consult qualified professionals for those matters.

8. Personal Data and Security

Oracle collects and uses necessary data such as email, birth profile, questions, transaction records, login records, and technical data for account management, identity verification, payments, service delivery, support, risk control, legal compliance, and service improvement.

You may request access, correction, discontinuation of use, or deletion as allowed by law. Oracle may retain records needed for transactions, tax, dispute handling, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not abuse promotions or report rewards, reverse engineer, disrupt the service, use automation for excessive requests, access another account, submit unlawful or infringing content, or use Oracle for fraud, harassment, hate, or illegal financial activity.

If you violate these Terms or Oracle reasonably identifies risk, Oracle may limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, cancel unused rewards, preserve necessary evidence, and take lawful action.

10. Liability and Changes

To the extent allowed by law, Oracle is not liable for service interruptions, data delays, third-party payment or model-provider issues, force majeure, indirect damages, lost profits, or unforeseeable damages beyond the amount you paid Oracle in the last three months, except where mandatory law does not allow such limitation.

Oracle may update these Terms for law, payment requirements, feature changes, or risk control. Material changes will be announced on-page or through a reasonable notice method. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you non-excludable rights. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith.

For New Zealand and Australian consumers, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, refund rights, or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, the New Zealand Fair Trading Act, and the Australian Consumer Law.
