1. Controller and Processors

NOMAD SUSTAINTECH LIMITED decides why and how Vesperine Singapore handles personal data for account, checkout, reading delivery, support, safety, and service improvement.

We use processors only where needed to operate the service, such as Stripe for payment, email providers for transactional messages, analytics tools for service measurement, hosting infrastructure, and AI inference providers for reading generation.

2. Data Used for AI Readings

A reading may use your birth date, birth time, birth place, gender, calendar choice, selected system, question, generated chart data, reading tier, locale, and saved memory or follow-up context you choose to provide.

The AI prompt may include the chart evidence needed to explain the reading in plain language. It should not include full card details, payment card data, password hashes, or unrelated account security data.

We may use automated quality checks to detect very short output, missing chart evidence, prompt leakage, or failed delivery.

3. No Third-Party Sharing Beyond Processors

We do not sell reading inputs, birth data, questions, or reading outputs.

We do not share private reading data with third parties for their own advertising or model-training purposes.

Private data is shared only with processors needed to provide, secure, measure, or support the service, or where required by law, payment disputes, fraud prevention, or a valid authority request.

4. AI Model Handling

When a third-party AI provider is used, we send only the input needed to generate or repair the reading. Commercial AI terms are used so private inputs are not used by that provider to train its general models.

When our self-hosted model is used, the inference runs inside infrastructure we control.

AI output is reviewed by automated safeguards and may be retried or replaced with a deterministic fallback when delivery fails.

5. Retention and Deletion

Your saved readings remain available in your account until you delete them or delete the account, subject to records we must keep for payment, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.

Operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for reliability and security. Aggregated quality metrics may be kept without identifying you.
