Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to Vesperine Singapore purchases made in SGD, including BaZi readings, credits, subscriptions, and direct paid digital readings.
It is written for buyers before checkout. It does not replace non-excludable rights you may have under Singapore law.
2. Digital Goods and Cooling-Off Boundary
Vesperine sells digital readings and digital account benefits that normally begin immediately after payment.
Once a reading, chart, credit grant, follow-up, or subscription benefit has been generated, delivered, used, or consumed, it is normally not refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise or Vesperine cannot provide the paid service.
If you do not want immediate digital delivery, do not complete checkout. Completing checkout means you ask us to start delivery now.
3. When We May Refund or Restore Credits
If our platform, model, or technical system cannot complete a paid reading, we may redeliver the reading, restore the consumed credits, or issue a Stripe refund depending on the record.
If a cash refund is processed through Stripe, our webhook handling reverses the related credit grant so the account balance matches the refunded payment.
Duplicate payments, incorrect charges, failed payment-result routing, or confirmed non-delivery should be raised with support so we can review Stripe records and delivery logs.
4. What Is Usually Not Refunded
Completed readings, generated charts, used credits, delivered follow-ups, current subscription periods, and promotional credits are usually not refunded.
Disagreement with a reflective interpretation is not by itself a refund reason. The service is not a guarantee, prediction promise, or professional advice product.
Bank fees, issuer fees, exchange-rate differences, or card cross-border charges are controlled by your bank or card issuer, not Vesperine.
5. How to Ask
Email [email protected] with your account email, Stripe receipt or order ID, purchase date, and what went wrong.
We review payment records, delivery records, and account activity before deciding whether to redeliver, restore credits, or refund through Stripe.
